A shocking story of a £70 fine and a burst tyre has left many questioning the fairness of the situation. Matt, a responsible driver, found himself in a tricky spot when a pothole damaged his tyre, but little did he know, this was just the beginning of his troubles.
Matt and his partner, Sadie Elliott, were driving through Alfreton town centre when they encountered a police car with its lights flashing. To make way for the emergency vehicle, Matt mounted a kerb, a decision he later regretted.
